Payment Terms

• Full payment for the Aarambh Foundation Nest Box Kit is required at the time of purchase.
• Accepted payment methods include Online Bank Transfers via Scan Code or UPI.
• The kit price does not include delivery charges, which will be applied separately.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of making the payment.
• If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100/- will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving a cancellation request.

Note: These payment and cancellation terms may be updated by the foundation without prior notice.

Return & Replacement Policy

• In case the Nest Box Kit is received damaged, Aarambh Foundation will replace it. A video recording of the parcel being unpacked is required to initiate the replacement process. The foundation reserves the right to decide on the replacement.
• Returns will be accepted only if the product is in good condition, as delivered. Refunds for valid returns will be processed within 7 working days after the product is received.
